Order Acceptance Policy Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Red Rocket Retro Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Red Rocket Retro Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Red Rocket Retro Ltd. is a manufacturer/reseller to end user customers. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Red Rocket Retro Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Red Rocket Retro Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Red Rocket Retro Ltd. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Every third party product you buy from Red Rocket Retro Ltd. is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. Red Rocket Retro’s 14 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. Red Rocket Retro’s 14 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Red Rocket Retro Ltd.. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to Red Rocket Retro Ltd’s limited 14 day guarantee. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or Red Rocket Retro Ltd. will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 14 days of ownership only. After 14 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. Red Rocket Retro Ltd. will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please contact Red Rocket Retro Ltd. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 14 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Red Rocket Retro Ltd. or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours.
Regarding Bundles Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted.
Delivery failure If we attempt to deliver a large item, for example; a video arcade machine, and there is no one at the predetermined address available to accept the order, Red Rocket Retro Ltd. will charge a re-delivery fee of £80.
The following are not covered under this warranty · Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures. · Defects or damage due to spillage of food/liquids or wrong usage of electrical supply & voltage. · Damage, losses, defects or malfunction as a result of fire, flood or other Acts of God. · Normal wear & tear, corrosion, rusting, stains or damaged beyond repair. · Defects & damage arising from improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind. · Scratches & damage to the outer surfaces areas and externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use. · General maintenance & routine servicing. · Claims for damaged/missing parts after 14 days from the original date of purchase. · If any part or parts of the unit are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by us or the unit has been dismantled or repaired by any person other than Red Rocket Retro Ltd. · The warranty does not cover damage caused by malicious programs [i.e. viruses] or power cuts/surges. There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein
Software disclaimer Software downloaded from the Red Rocket Retro web site is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of fitness for a purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, Red Rocket Retro makes no warranty that: 1. the software will meet your requirements 2. the software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free 3. the results that may be obtained from the use of the software will be effective, accurate or reliable 4. the quality of the software will meet your expectations 5. any errors in the software obtained from the Red Rocket Retro web site will be corrected. Red Rocket Retro assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the software or documentation available from its web site. In no event shall Red Rocket Retro be liable to you or any third parties for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not Red Rocket Retro has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of this software. The use of the software downloaded through the Red Rocket Retro site is done at your own discretion and risk and with agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activities. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Red Rocket Retro or from the Red Rocket Retro web site shall create any warranty for the software.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall Red Rocket Retro Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits whether incidental or consequential.
